General, but their offices are not powerful to help me, only forwarded my

insurance dept. and attorney general failed--or are they under consideration?
First and foremost, if you consider a lawsuit, you have to know limits of each
options. You did not mention the estimated damage. In Massachusetts where I
live, a plaintiff can choose to sue, at the state court, in the small claim
division or civil division. There are a lot of drawbacks for a plaintiff in
