年怀孕后至今年6月份预产期一些正常。可是在分娩期间却发生意外，虽经全力抢救仍然
不幸去世，只留下一个可怜的儿子。事后经有关部门进行医疗事故鉴定，结论为“羊水拴
塞”，院方无任何责任。我们对这个结论仍持怀疑的态度。我表妹夫有一位亲属在国内是
知名的病理专家。我们希望能得到表妹的病理切片和组织蜡块，请这位亲属帮忙看一下，
如果真是“羊水拴塞”我们也就只好任命了。可是鉴定单位不同意给病理切片和组织蜡块
，说是鉴定单位有权保存。我们请问您是否有关于这方面的法律条文，如何可以找到。如
果有可能的话，我们能否通过请律师上诉，要回病理切片和组织蜡块？

photographs and send them back? (Understandably, you won't trust the hospital
in question to take photographs for you.) Or can't you arrange telediagnosis (
i.e., arrange your relative in China to look at the slide through internet?
Can't you ask some experts in the same city to look at the slides in person? | c**i

have an opportunity to hire an expert to read the slides?
Were you around her when she died? In this emergency of “羊水拴
than, slide reading. (I don't know what you mean by 有关部门. Usually in US,
there is no 有关部门 when a patient die routinely.)
