我想问问关于孩子抚养费的问题。我和丈夫是国内结婚的。丈夫在美国工作H1， 我和女
儿去年回到国内生活。孩子今年上一年级。由于丈夫外遇，准备离婚。 丈夫估计不愿意
回国和我打官司，可能是请代理人。
现在想问问关于离婚后，孩子抚养费的问题。
1 应该要多少钱呢？曾经看到的信息应该是丈夫每月工资的20%。 也有人说每月2000人民
币，可是这个可能不够呢？！
2 如何执行？他人在国外，而我在国内，是否可以找一个执行担保人？比如丈夫的家人？
如果他不给的话，可以要求强制执行的。
3 可否要求丈夫现在写下关于愿意付多少抚养费的字据，用英语和汉语，然后可以去公证
（nortorization）。这样的字据有法律意义吗？ |

但是，我在国内，怎么去美国打官司呢？就算是办探亲访友，（我有亲戚在美), 也不能
拖拖拉拉的打官司，更何况我还要工作挣钱养孩子呢？
你有什么建议吗？

Can you think about give you husband your daughter?
if your english is ok, try to go to school or find a job in US.You can go to
US easily if your huaband can help you. Tell him you want to give your
daughter a better life.Try to live close to your daughter and let your husband
support you for some time until you can support yourself and then you can
live with your daughter.

In Massachusetts where I live, both husband and wife must have lived together
in this state in order to use Massachusetts state court. See Chapter 208,
section 4 of Massachusetts statute:
