标 题: The problems for double new h1b applications

I am afraid that both companies will use overnight express mail to submit my
h1b on or before 3/31. I wanna resign from one co. on 3/31 and go to work
at the other company on 4/2. So my Q is if in case USCIS gets both of my
applications, what will happen? Thanks. |
