还是有几个问题不明白, 还望有经验的朋友指点一二
1. General Requirements Bulletin 没说一定要green card or permanent residency
. 但说了要
** copy of both sides of any work or training authorization
** copies of all documents submitted to and received from the USCIS
regarding admission to the United States
** a copy of any documentation submitted to the U.S. Department of Labor.
我认为F1是肯定不行的，因为他们没有work | d********o

2. 国内的成绩单早晚是需要的,比如申请工作的时候或者申请LAW SCHOOL的时候,
以后经常会发现要用到,还是早办好.
3. EBAY等地有卖的,图书馆里也有一些基础材料
4. 似乎很好.不过不是每个学校的CS专业毕业生都可以考PATENT BAR.
过分关心PATENT BAR考试有点舍本逐末.真正重要的是相关的知识,经验,和
比较好的SCIENCE/ENGINEERING背景,考这个试和第一份工作之间的关系
既非充分也非必要,可以参见JOBHUNTING版的一个帖子.

That's exactly right. Taking the patent bar has little bearing on one's
success in landing a good patent-agent job. The things that do matter for
these positions are: technical expertise, writing skills, verbal
communication and social skills.
It's very difficult to hire someone with all three above, so most firms will
settle for two. Having passed the patent bar or not may not even be a
consideration for the firms, because they can always find someone with a reg
number to sign the documen

Having passed the patent bar is neither sufficient nor necessary for you to
get an offer. It only means that you are committed and you are aware of at
least some of the procedures.
Further, if you are offered a position with an emphasis on due diligence or
litigation or licensing, you don't need a registration number.
Finally, you cannot be more careful with your first job in this business.
There are a lot of boutique firms that operate like a revolving door for new
comers
