发帖数: 29 | 1 想找 scientific advisor 或者 technical specialist 之类的 position,
理科 PhD, 没有 law school degree, 没考 bar, 也没 law 方面的经验。
找各个 firm, 有的把 opening 分类， law students, laterals,
professional staff, associates 等等之类。我知道 law students 里面
的 openings 就不用看了，还有什么 attorny 之类的我觉得也是要有学位
外加 bar 的。通常这种 technical specialist 都是归到哪一类里面的呢？
问题很 naive, 但是真的是看得一头雾水， 特别是 laterals， 是不是法律
上有特定的界定，和 attorny 类似，还是一个比较 flexible 的称呼呢？ | n***e
