What troubles me is why the argument is vulnerable to B? Not "broad" enough
expertise, in what sense?
I have no problem if it says "some" experts doesn't mean consensus among
experts or majority of experts, or those "some experts" may not have enough
credential/authority so their opinion convincingly supports the conclusion.
But expertise not "broad" enough?
Can somebody explain it to me? Thanks. |

似有理的人错了...
虽然这玩意思叫logic reading,有时候还是感觉重要...

面的。。。一说保护confidentiality,不由自主就被带到database的思路上了...呵,
白受HIPPA训练了。看来是我带入了outside information, misunderstood the
conclusion. The conclusion is much broader than what I interpreted.
Scope shifted...
教训很多。一定要read it as it is。
