，也就是说我在2005财政年度是已经交了所有的联邦税和州税的。2006年3月份file了
tax returns,联邦退税很快就打到我银行账户里了，但是州税却迟迟没有来。过了几天
州审计居然发来一张催我缴税的单子，我当时疏忽了，没有理睬。过了大概一个月，郡
里的巡回法庭居然发来一个state tax lien,上面说我欠了州税1200多，加上利息和罚
款，总共要交大概1500，这让我大吃一惊，赶紧去州审计的local office去问，有一个
representative接待了我，我给她看过2005年的w-2表后，她表示是他们搞错了，把我
的账户里的这项欠税当我的面删掉了，以后再没有什么类似的信来，而且我的州税退税
也很快回来了，我以为这件事情就这么过去了。
但是大前天偶然查了我的credit report(trans union), 发现上面居然还有这么一条
public records关于这个“state tax lien",而且我现在的credit score居然已经低于

legally unenforceable. Thus, State Controller correctly gave you a release.
I'm not tax expert, so I don't know how the form looks like. But based on
common legal sense, what I would focus on, however, are the date of lien
and date of release and make sure that the release dates backk to the date
of imposition of the lien in your case. If not, I'd go back to the State
Controller and get a new release form.

the "order of satisfaction" is dated back to the date I first time went to
the state comptroller's local office in last year, so there are on problems
with these two documents. 我现在最担心的是，这样一条记录会不会对我将来申请工
作签证，绿卡之类造成影响呢?听说偷税记录他们是可以查到的,但是我这不是偷税,而
是被冤枉的?

one is NICS (national instant criminal background checking system). The
second one, which takes much longer, is the NNCP (national name check
program). The source of data for NNCP is explained on FBI's website:
The NNCP conducts manual and electronic searches of the FBI’s Central
Records System (CRS) Universal Index (UNI). The CRS encompasses the
centralized records of FBI Headquarters, field offices, and Legal Attache
