个in-house到底是啥意思啊？另外，看说的好像associate比in-house挣得多，那岂不
是干几年收入反而减少？那要是就拖着associate不转，会有什么后果呢？
感觉上仿佛法律也是吃青春饭，年轻赚得多，年老赚的少。虽然转成partner赚得多，
但大部分人都转不过去。不知道从associate转出来，有什么向上的option呢？ | a**v
