To sue CNN libel, you must give proof CNN's word is libel.
Or else, you can't sue CNN libel even though CNN can't prove his word is
false.

证明被告‘诽谤’的话，是真的。
如果被告无法提供证据，即使被告针对原告‘诽谤’的话是真实的，也要承担是在诽谤

radio or television should be classified as libel.
If NY courts consider TV broadcasting as libel,I think they might have a
case here:
"Plaintiff suing in libel need not plead or prove special damages if
defamatory statement tends to expose plaintiff to public contempt, ridicule,
aversion or disgrace, or induce evil opinion of him in minds of right-
thinking persons, and deprive him of friendly intercourse in society." |
