Lessor, and you (my name and my wife’s name), known as Lessees, covering
the property at XXX (the apartment) for an approximately term of 12 months
beginning on 5-15-2007 at 2 PM and ending on 6-28-2008 at 10 AM for a total
base rent of $ 7292.00 payable in advance without demand as follows: $307
