One problem of this case is the actual damage, which normally is a
requirement for cases like this.
The other problem might be that you, as the plaintiff who file the civil
suit, has the burden to prove your case. This means that you have to pay the
litigation cost out of your own pocket, which likely cannot be compensated
from the defendant even if you finally win the case. |
