看到参考答案中说 MPEP 708.02,怎么也找不到在哪里啊。

Federal Register by executive agencies of the federal goverment;
M.P.E.P. sec. *.**(**): Manual of Patent Examing Procedure, just a manual by
USPTO, helpful but does not have force of the law;
It is like the structure of a pyramid; higher, more authoritive; lower, more

of the whole patent prosecution process, and relevant laws.
I doubt you can learn sufficient information from the abstrate statutes.
The US Patent law is mainly developed from one clause from the Constitution-
-that does not mean you just need to know this specific clause.
You probably should do some serious homework before making the decision to
take the exam or switch the career. | t******9
