牙医毕业以后非pr，非citizen能申请H1b之类的工作签证吗？
我应该咨询哪方面的律师寻求建议？移民律师还是和工作法律相关的律师？

to be the sponsor (give you an offer of employment AND willing to go through
the trouble of H-1B petition).
Even before looking for attorneys, you need to figure out first:
1) what is the requirement for state license? (if pr or citizen required,
then game over for F1)
2) what is the likelihood to find such an employer? | h******e
