发帖数: 298 | 1 马上要开始上法学院了,有一种特别恐惧的感觉,不知道日子会是怎么样的,怕考试不好,
怕找不到工作,什么都怕.
我的一个现在是律师的朋友带我去书店买了好几本大字典一样的书,告诉我每一门科除
了教材都要买那么多的书,差一点没把我郁闷死.要读那么多的书吗? 有9门科那.
我在网上找一些论坛,越看我越怕,怕得我还没去就想打退堂鼓了.
有在法学院的朋友能不能分享一下如何在法学院学习,如何考好试?现在能做些什么?是

发帖数: 211 | 2 你一学期take 9门课？ 一半就可以了吧。
法学院的阅读量是很大，所以要花时间，还要会速读，可以去买些辅导教材，casenote， legalline 什么的，可以省些力气。但是无论如何课前一定要预习。
如果你读过PHD，听课应该是没有问题的。
作业好好做，找人帮你改改，如果对自己没信心，千万不要有语法和拼写错误。
考试一般都是开卷，所以其实很容易的。 学会做outline，或者去跟同学，网上找些
outline。考试基本上就没有问题了，没那么恐怖的。当然也有个别科目可能是闭卷的
，实在怕，如果不是必修课，就尽量不要去选那个老师的课就好了，先向前人打听一下
再选课。
再有就是积极回答问题了，别憋在那里，别发怵，不要怕英文差，多回答问题，当然要
回答对。还有就是课后没事找个问题跟教授“研究”一下，印象分很重要的。
教材书看你老师的大纲以后再买，没事别买一堆的black law dictionary的东东，用不上几回。 再说图书馆里都有。 老师给的教材list买了就可以了。 | s*********0

我看了一些论坛,都说发法学院的成绩好多都是看教授的主观判断,很不公平的.
英文的写作怎么提高啊? 我看别人写的扬扬洒洒,我只有干瞪眼的份.

发帖数: 211 | 4 是很主观，但是你自己观察，投其所好。 一年级的大课，不要迟到早退，坐到前排，
多回答问题，混脸熟。
一年级的课都是必修课，写作不担心，应该会开legal writing的课，可以去westlaw上看看case，找差不多的case，读的过程自己模仿着写就可以了，当然有的judge的写作也有问题，不要看太旧的case。 | h*******i

plain English就行了

1) How to prepare for law school exam
The most important is to outline material based on your professor's teaching
. The process of outlining helps you organizing the vast amount of
information. No need for an outline to be more than 50 pages. If a
commercial outline is different from your professor's teaching, don't follow
the commercial outline or any other external sources. (Remember, your
professor is always right!!)
