收到的信中是这样写的：
This constitutes written notice of the termination of your employment. You
will have a notice period of 60 days which will commence tomorrow and will
expire on Jan 6, 2009.... During your Notice Period, you will not be
required to come in to the office or otherwise perform services for the firm
unless you are specifically requested to do so.
我的问题是，我的H1B什么时候就不合法了？是明天还是1月6日？Notice Period 期间
我是什么身份,还是职员(不用上班)么?
我要是转成 H4，有多少时间的Gap是允许的？之后如果找到工作，还能不能transfer以
前的H1B如果变成H4的话。 |
