At the PTO-158 form for the application of exam, question 6 asks you whether
you are a permanent resident or not. For EAD holder, what is the answer?
Yes or No?

I thought the answer is binary and would be NO.
But he/she called OED and it is case dependent as was reported.

I thought it is binary, either you are or you are NOT.
I am getting loose, isn't it true theoretically, during AOS, you can still
get your I-140 revoked, e.g., if it was found that you forged an important
document?
