I am pleased to confirm my intention to lease the abovementioned
premise based on the following terms and conditions.
1. Period of Lease: the lease shall be twelve (12) months at
Singapore Dollars S$920 per month (Not including utilities supply,
telecommunication charges and cleaning fee).
2. Maximum number of occupants: Two (2) persons in the premises.
