发帖数: 443 | 2 好几位前辈都分析过了，law firm的兴衰是跟着客户的，所以经济不好，技术企业都不
行了，IP总体也会受影响，相对来说，prosecution是受budget限制的，所以影响很明
显，litigation反而有pick up的迹象。
你可以继续做你的WE，同时上law school啊，这样可能可以不贷款。
另外，你贷款关你父母的养老钱什么事情？

(1)WE再做下去, 年纪太大了, 真得做一辈子了.
(2)PART TIME出来的, 是不是工作更不好找? 比如好象GEORGETOWN的PT的学生都象转

(3)父母会支援不少钱, 再加上贷款.

PART TIME出来的, 是不是工作更不好找？好像不是，但很多人是觉得想早点毕业，就
转full time了。

It is true that patent prosecution has a low margin and any firm has to rely on large volume to make a profit. But the upside as a prosecution attorney is that you can control your workflow and it is easier to have a good work-life balance compared with patent litigators. |
