contract wrote in Chinese. She wants to know whether Chinese contract can
be used for legal respect if something happens later. BTW, my friend does
not know English.

contract, where was the contract signed, where the contract should be
performed, etc. Most likely, the state law governs b/c the house is built
in US even though the contract language is Chinese.
