It happened as that. Our lease expired on May 31th 2009 and we gave the
landlord 30-day notice saying that we would not renew the lease. On May
31th (it was a Sunday), as we tried to returned the keys we found nobody was
in the office. So I had to return the keys the next day, July 1st. At
that time, I was told that because we did not dropped the keys in their box,
which was not indicated in the lease and which was never informed to us, we
had to pay the rent for | l********1
