. 但是leasing office没有派人打扫房子和换地毯. 今年6月lease到期就搬出来了。今
天收到leasing office 的 Security Deposit Settlement. 其中的Deductions包含:
Repairs(Kitchen floor and Carpet) and cleaning. 总共$1627. 其中 Kitchen
floor 和 Carpet部分$1537.
另外，Sublease 给我的那人告诉我，他也是从别人那里sublease过来的，Carpet至少
使用了6年。在这6年中leasing office没有maintain过房子。另外本人在康涅狄格州。
