status. I've received three minority scholarships, one from the local Bar
Association, one from my law school, and one from a firm. None of them
require citizenship or permanent residency. Usually such scholarships will
specify the ethnic groups that are qualified to apply.

anyway,我还知道有人拿到的，肯定没有说不能申，但是一般比较困难，因为他们心里
的minority是
指黑人和Latino啦
