good deal for us to switch to Direct TV from Dish Network. They even
promised to pay the penalty fee of switching for us. I never believed these
verbal promises, but LD accepted them when I was away for China for over a
month.
Now we found they cheated on us. They didn't offer the # of channels that
they said before, with much higher monthly fee, and no rebate for penalty

receives a lot of complaints against them. It doesn't hurt for you to make
one more formal complaint. Sooner or later, regulations and class action law
suits will come to their doors. Make your voice heard! |

what will happen if we file the claim to BBB? Can they help us to resolve
this issue? I am not familiar with all these.
It is dissapointing that not many people read my post and give suggestions.
Hope to get more advice. By the way, we have the recording of the
conversation between us and the dealer who confirmed the promised promotion.

submit all the available evidences in an orderly manner. |
