waiting period. I guess I will attend Santa Clara University this fall,
which has a very nice campus and friendly faculty. I want to find some
friends here who can share their experience with me or give me some advice,
about 1L, about law school, about career planning, about music, about soccer
, about life, about everything. I have already made my decision, so please
don’t say anything like “it’s worthless to go to a non- |

My 2 cents are: keep it simple, stick with the points you want to make, and
do not do jargons (remember always: rule-supporting facts-conclusion). you
will be just fine.

I was rejected by Santa Clara last year.
This school is pretty famous for its IP related course.
If you're gonna practice IP, you'll find it much easier to get job opportuni
ties there.

school? |

also high, but the opportunities are much less than NY, CA, DC and Chicago.

there. Good luck with studies.
As to reading before law school, my feeling is that if you are really
motivated, read some serious history. If you are not that motivated, I
recommend the Harry Potter series.

But I gave up the preparation strategy recommended in that book coz it's too
demanding on my time and self-discipline.
