travel expenses. If you lose, you
may be responsible for the costs they pay the court, including filing fee,
service fee etc. and maybe, a
prevailing party fee, which is usually a fixed amount below $100. However,
unless (1) you have a fee/cost
agreement with them or (2) the court finds your claim frivolous, I do not
see any reason why you would
need to pay the air fare.
