发帖数: 4 | 1 去年底被单位的政治斗争和谐掉了，但主管找我以年度考查不达标的理由逼我自动辞职
。我早先也有预离之意，就提交了辞职。昨天收到HR的一封 Separation Agreement，
要我一周内签字。文件里提了好多法律名词及相关内容，譬如liability, release,
disclosure, severability 什么的，感觉不甚理解
。
想知道对于自动离职，这种agreement 是必要的吗？因为对agreement 中的内容不是很
懂，不知道单位葫芦里卖的什么药， 真担心又被这单位坑。想问问这有人能帮我看看

(1) Your termination will be recorded as resignation.
(2) You won't sue the company.
If you do not sign the agreement, then
(1) They may record it as "You are filed!".
(2) You may sue them. |
