我看了一下表格，好像不是很难。这个是不是拿一个priority date,不需要claim就好
了？
在班上考古，知道file patent还是要找律师的，这样的律师一般多少钱一个小时，弄
完patent一个要多少钱呢?

prosecuting a patent application costs $6000 or more in attorney fees. |

160~700. Why the range is so big? What's the difference between a service
charged for $160/hr versus 700/hr then?
My next question may sound naive: I do understand different patent will be
different and some may have many many claims. But general speaking, how much
hrs will an attorney spend on a case (a moderate easy/difficult case)?

ME领域，大点的所，撰写一般6000-9000刀。申请+官方费用乱七八糟的大概再加2000刀
。你不用太在意hourly rate--十之八九是一个每小时200-300的agent写，然后一个500
-700的senior associate/partner review 一下。你可以事先要他们给个estimate。另
外，要省钱的话，disclosure写的越详细越好；你自己第一次review的时候尽可能全面
，别改个3稿4稿的。

I would say, not much difference in terms of quality.
typically a patent agent or a junior associate drafts applications. even if
you want a partner write an application, he/she may not have the time.
20-40 hours/application on a moderately difficult invention.
even if you want to have many claims, the PTO may not let you. mostly
likely an application with many claims will get restriction requirement (i.e
. PTO will force you to split it).
