我读了新规定：
if the applicant does not meet the durational equvalency requirements of
this paragragh but has at least two years substantively equivalent education
or if applicants does not meet the requirements of the subparagrah(i) of
this paragragh that applicants may cure either the durational or substantial
deficiency, but not both, by satisfactory proof that 申请者读完了full time
or part time的aba approved的法学院的llm.
这里所说的substantial deficiency and durational deficiency对于国内两年制法学
双学位来说是不是只是substantial deficiency? 上面明确说了at least two years
substantively equivalent education, 那么两年双学位的同学是否只要读一年的llm
就可以考ny bar了呢？我记得以前说双学位因为不满足75个学分的要求，即使读完了
llm也必须上诉，而上诉也有被拒绝的可能。那么现在的这个规定是都其实对于两年双
学位的同学是好事情呢？还是我理解有误？请大家帮忙看看，谢谢！ |
