专利的所有权是学校的,当时那个公司也是需要从学校里拿license才能开发那个技术。
后来公司刚起步我就离开了.请问我有可能另外注册一个公司来开发同样或者相似的技

You need to talk to the licensing office of your school to find out whether
the technology is still up for licensing and the nature of the previous
licensing agreement (exclusive vs. Non-exclusive, whether the agreement
lapsed due to non-payment etc).

发帖数: 1500 | 4 自己在改动一下你的技术，绕过原来的专利，自己再重新申请个专利不就得了，
学校的不是那么好搞定的，除非你愿意出大笔的钱
