2 consistent with your visa status, such as your H1B job duty includes
prosecuting patent applications for inventors. Note: this must be written in
your H1b petition, not merely an explanation by you
3 Registration in Canada
Strickly speaking, if your J1 job duty satisfies 2, you can go ahead. But I
doubt that is the fact

好像是可以注册考试的，
考过以后发不发注册号才看H1B工作性质里有没有prosecution
求验证~~

法住在美国就可以参加考试了。为什么大家都很肯定地说一定要绿卡或者在patent
firm里工作呢？我打电话去问，那个人让我把资料寄过去审核，没说一定要做相关工作
（也许这人不清楚）。不知道大家是从哪儿得到的信息？

是可以的...也许可以自己打个电话去咨询一下，网上有电话。 |
