office (SIPO) before filing in other countries or PCT.
you can use an agent or an attorney. Not any difference for prosecuting a
patent application in the US.

发帖数: 2221 | 4 yes. a pct application filed with SIPO as the receiving office is
automatically considered as a secrecy exam request. you still have to wait
for a foreign filing license before entering national stages in other
countries. |
