H1B，被雷了，公司今天发了个这个Waiver of Airline Ticket，这个东西必须要签吗？
签了或者不签各有什么不良后果？谢谢！
另外，我找到新的公司办绿卡的时候还需要这个公司提供experience letter，不知道
如果不签的话这个公司会不会因为我没有签waiver在experience letter上为难我。但
是又有人说我不能sign away my right，所以还请专业的同学帮忙出出主意，谢谢了。
信件大概内容如下：
I, XXXX, hereby understand and acknowledge that under the applicable H-1B
regulations, YYYY is required to offer to provide a reasonably priced one-
way plane ticket to my home country, as my employment with YYYY has ended
prior to the expiration date of my approved H-1B petition with YYYY.
However, I hereby decline YYYY's offer of such plane ticket by signing below

In the alternative, the undersigned YYYY HR representative hereby attests
that this Acknowledgment was sent to my last address on file via traceable
mail, and that I have not responded within thirty (30) days of receipt. (
