study kit 800块钱上下，考完了卖掉，我估计能卖至少300吧。。。
也就500的开销，但我上次听PLI的人说这3年是老知识新知识一起考，比较痛苦。

的确痛苦
今天赶在4月该题前最后一拨考完的，
其实我觉得4月之后最大的影响是那个NDA
这样以后没人在mypatentbar.com透露题了，那真是感觉无从下手
如果说早几年考试时遇到很多旧题，现在就已经很少了，如果大部分题都没见过，要当
场现查MPEP，反正我是没办法查的那么快那么准
今天我遇到的新题，感觉有一半比较容易查到，另一半查4，5分钟还摸不准
考试时有多少题需要查MPEP，差别太大了，直接决定考试难度

发帖数: 329 | 10 2750 是原价，学生提供学生证有950 discount，然后我上周参加了他们一个什么talk
给了个 150的certificate。
我还没考呢，现在1L，上次talk的时候PLi的人说这两年考的人运气很不好。。。但有
啥办法呢，该考还是得考。。。我初步计划是暑假试试看。

我觉得有大约1/3是见过的题目
还有1/3是虽然没见过，但是要么考点是重复的，要么很容易从MPEP查到
剩下1/3是很难查到
考了很多post grant review和inter partes reexamination，估计加起来有接近10道题
PLI太不值了
我一点没用过PLI，就做题就行了，mypatentbar.com上面有两部分的题，
一是2000-03的旧题里面重复率高的，
二是那68道题，网友凭记忆讨论的
把这些题做两遍，对MPEP熟悉到一定程度，就可以了
PLI charge $1k多简直是黑到不行，
我看就buck eye那个$30多的还算公道价
对于新题，PLI又不是PTO有什么关联，也不可能猜题猜得准吧
说到底就是做题+查MPEP，就算上了PLI也只是入门，还是少不了做题+查MPEP

我觉得光看MPEP不太看的懂，结合PLI的资料比较容易理解。 你本身是学law的吗？

imo, u only need to understand patentibility, ie ch.2100.
all the others are procedural stuff. i still dont understand much of them. i
just find the reference in mpep or memorize the answers for the sake of
taking the exam.

harder than before because there is not much repeat, less than 10 total. But
it still helps a lot to practice the old exam which help you understand the
knowledge point. There is a lot of new AIA questions and long question
patterns too. I found practcing the old exam and study the new AIA materials
from wysebridge really help me a lot.

Is it enough if I just read the AIA material from USPTO website listed on
