how strong the prior art is, how reasonable the examiner is, time of the
year....
it is very common to have more than 3 office actions in one application. I'
ve seen many with more than that. |

if you want to continue the application, you would have to file RCE with new
application fees. A final OA does not mean the application is dead but you
do have to pay application fees to continue it. |
