Even if you are followed by someone, you should not resort to the use of
force unless you are being physically attacked. TM may not like being
followed by GZ, but he had no right to beat GZ. GZ did not do anything
unlawful based on the evidence presented.
You can report to the police or question the person directly. You should
not use physical force unless the person is committing a crime. And you
should not use deadly force to protect property, either. Deadly force can
be used only if you reasonably believe that there is a risk of death or
substantial bodily harm. When TM was hitting GZ's head on the concrete, GZ
was entitled to use deadly force.

companion, none of the tragedies would have happened and all their
differences would have been sort out in words instead of fists/bullets.
2) Wear a bullet-proof vest all time. You never know who is trigger happy.
3) Learn how to take out an opponent in one strike. Not to kill him or her,
but to PREVENT him or her from firing a shot through your heart.
4) Grow up quicker to reach the legal age of buying a gun.
5) Finally, move out of the trigger-happy states before being shot at on
street. |
