这家Sheraton有90%的投诉都不答复. 这个BBB有啥用啊,人家直接不答复不就行了
还有没有什么办法投诉这家Sheraton,打了几十次电话永远是帮你转相关部门,然后就直
接转到一个没人接的号码, 发邮件永远回复我们马上处理,然后永远没有下文了
