过程如下：
搬家当天5/3/14，白女房东看了房，写了支票退押金900。四个人在场：我这边有一成
年证人，她那边7岁女儿
我以为拿着支票就万事大吉，没拍房间照片。看到支票日期4/2/14，奇怪可是没有往心
里去
过几天去存支票，再过几天支票退回：closed account
发邮件，发“bad check demand letter"
白女房东回邮件：repair list, estimate,结果我还欠她钱。她说那张支票是4/2/14写
的，是一张”collateral check“。（she means she misplaced my 4/2/14 rent
check$945,so I wrote a second check to her and requested her wrote me a
collateral check $900 in case she found the 1st check. then she found the
1st check and asked me to shred her collateral check and i didn't shred her
collateral check and try to cash it）。
现在怎么办？人在加州，求热心人意见，多谢！！ |
