得问题挺严重的。现在agent说要按当时签的合同来，合同上是说‘following the
inspection, buyer should send a written report lisitng matters which buyer
reasonably deemed to be incomplete or defective, herein named the 'punch
list'.Subject to seller's acceptance,seller should deligently attempt to
complete/repair such matter within 5 days after receipt of punch list, in a
reasonably satisfactory manner under customary building practices in the
community for like or similar improvements.Seller use his best efforts to
timely complete such punch list items. In the event seller does not agree
with buyer's punch list items, the parties agree to attempt to resolve such
disagreement through mediation by a third party neutral.'
这种情况下是不是一定要走这个过程，就算earnest money不要了？ 还是如果earnest
money不要，可以直接walk away？ | s*****a
