在amazon某一家入驻商家买了5只手表,检查时发现3只机芯内部
有瑕疵。(因为这个
机械表有背透,所以看到里面的机械结构,所以用放大镜可以看到它的瑕疵。)所以申
请了退货退款,并提供了拍的瑕疵照片,稍有拖沓之后,他们退还了表的价钱。之后要
求他们一并退还我们退货所需要的运费,他们就发了这样一封信过来。
We have inspected the watches that you have returned and my assumption that
this is a fraudulent return has been confirmed. After being shipped to you
the watches have been opened and tampered with by non-authorized and/or non-
qualifies personnel. We have proof that the watches that we have shipped
have been sourced directly from the factory without any intermediary parties
involved. That means that the watches have been delivered in factory fresh
condition without any blemishes accordingly to the manufacturers standards
of QC.
We will no go ahead and take full legal action against you. Not only do you
owe us the sales price of the product sold (we will return the now
defective watches) but we will also claim damages incurred in the process.
Further, you are now barred from any future purchases with Famous Watches
and we have contacted Amazon.com LLC to have your buyer privileges removed
for any and all purchases on Amazon.com.
