了他一张citibank 的check, 转了title, 并在银行作了notary, 他当场没给我钥匙和车
， 说我还没有registration, 一旦等我注册了，拿到了自己的车牌，就给我车和钥匙。
第二天我就注册了，有了车牌，他本来说晚上给我钥匙，晚上又说check 还没有clear,
要等，当时我们就吵起来了，我说你不让我试车，又不让我看里程表，很不光明磊落，自
己要的personal check, 反倒怀疑起我来了，他态度非常恶劣，说爱买不买等等，把电话
挂了。晚上回到家，我老公又给他打了个电话，说可以付给他们现金，是不是可以给车和
钥匙，被他当场拒绝了。我很生气，给警察打了个电话，警察说我是可以去他家demand
car & key的, 最后建议我把车退掉，最后我就给银行打了电话，stop the payment了，
我在寻求怎么能把Title退还给他。 第二天，他委托一个律师给我发了封email, 让我给
他money order 或cashier check. 还说， | c**i

I can't help but feel bad for you. so you don't or never owned a car, that
itslef might be a curious fact. but it's so stunning that you never seem to
know what you are talking about. too bad you probably would never grow up and
realize it. You only criticize ppl instead of helping them. well the latter
party might be execusable b/c you are not capable. what a shame.
ppl come here to seek some advice, maybe not real legal advice, but some

have one. To argue with and insult people on a bbs is the only life he knows
of. He has been a complete joke on the strait board. So this lawless board
gives him a perfect resort to retreat to.
His only pride is he works for lawyers occasionally. And that gives him some
misperceived legal knowledge to brag about.

nontheless refrain from giving advice is probably not b/c they have liability
concerns, or b/c they simply don't want to help. The fact is for most legal
issues general principles don't apply, you always have to consult the lawyers
specialized in that particular area in your particular state to get a real
sense of legal options.
I'm not a lawyer either. :)
