近来发现电脑很慢，怀疑是中毒，也许是程序太多，但近来慢了太多，所以想恢复到出
厂状态或者重装。
但是找了很久，网上搜了一些材料，好像都不行。没找到重新安装的系统盘。
尝试用F8，这款机器也没有“ Dell Factory Immage Restore”
请问有什么办法可以重装或者恢复到出厂设置呢？ 要杀毒，所以最好把一切都格调，
东西我都备份出来了。

pp.153-162, "Restoring your Vista / XP system"

2)call dell customer service 1-800 number, and tell them your model and
problem, asking them how to restore Dell factory default.

distribution. It surely will be faster than vista. |

Thanks so much for your reply.
I tried these two methods
for the
1) I read the manual, I don't have the operation system CD/DVD, so I cannot
reinstall the system
2) I check the Dell website, I looks like my warranty has expired, (2 years,
only 1 year warranty. If I want to call the tech support, look like I need
to pay more money to do that? What is the free 1-800- number? Thanks!
