Thank you. Now that I know how it supposed to work,
I am still confused on what is the best way to do it,
and wonder is there a better way.:(
One comment said that .bashrc supposed to contain
only bash specific stuff, while the .profile takes
care of universal settings. If PATH is not bash
specific, then it should be placed in .profile,
and is not set in interactive shell.
