The setting and the installation are parallel processes, so you should pay
attention to the progress bar notification to check which step it actually
stuck. I really hate the ubuntu GUI installer, u have very limited info
about where may go wrong.
Usually it stuck because downloading lots of updates. So you should try to
disconnect the ethernet before install it. Then do dist-update after the
first boot.
Ubuntu is gradually fading away due to the completely messed-up hybrid
xserver and strange customization to all the desktop environments (usually
leading to many small failures of user GUI config tool. So one have to dig
very deep into the ubuntu forum to figure out which config file need to by
modified, while in other distro some simple click will finish the config). I
recommend Mageia 3.

usb，或者反之 | m***9

出了什么错至少还有图形界面处理下，以后再尝试其他的~ |
