发帖数: 1010 | 2 首先，不是unbelievable low cost好不好，我老前两天才刚做过计算，
计算型cc2.8xlarge 64个instance一年的Amazon cost，最便宜的是
$366k （3年contract，heavy use），最贵$1.345m (on demand)，
而64个同型号nodes，硬件投资大概$350k，就是说一年后，基本就是
free ride了，当然，电费，空调，colo，人工这些没算在里面，但是
我老要指出的是，所谓的ultra low cost是不成立的。计算3年的refresh
rate的话，基本上全加上自己建能比Amazon省点，不多就是，5年refresh
rate的话，基本上自己建比Amazon要便宜。另外很重要的一点是，Amazon
的instance是virtualized出来的，性能比bare metal差出好几条街，除非
你不是做HPC的，high throughput啥不太在乎性能的话没啥影响，不然很
多程序能跑到你吐血。
