share it with XDJM here because I think it's useful, in particular for
people like us who don't know how long they'll stay in the same place and
are wondering which costs less between rent and own. It's not 100% accurate
(i.e., the tax benefit is hard to be accurate as the itemized deduction and
tax rate vary from case to case), but close to what's going to happen. You
