inspection is scheduled this weekend. He said it won't affect anything if we
want to back out if we find some problmes in inspection. We do have the
inspection contigency in the offer. Is that true?
He also said we can still bargin the price after the inspection even though
we signed the acceptence of counter offer. Is that ture? I signed it after
he told me so. But now I feel I should do the inspection first before I sign

have bargain power to reduce the price, but you may back out with your own
consent because of inspection contingency. Normally you need to sign on the
contract first, then do the inspection within the date you and seller
mutually agreed. One thing important is you have only two weeks to close the
deal. you need to ask your your loan broker if it's Okay. Some contract
requires buyer to pay penalty if buyer asks for closing |
