Go to the web sites of Dish Network and DirecTV, both of them carry Chinese
channels.
We are using DTV, free equipmen and free installation with 52 weeks' free
Blockbuster movie rental (since we ordered through Blockbuster), one year
commitment for $30 a month, plus another $20/month for the Chinese one.
You need to get the oval-shaped dish from DTV; if you decide to go with
