use a knife and cut a hole.
depends on what vent your hood use, there are several
ways to do it. for my hood, there's a rectangle vent
right behind it and my range is next to exterior wall,
so I just measured the location of the vent, and cut
a hole on the wall, used some duct bought from Home depot
and sealed with chauk. that's all.
if there's a stud in the location of the hole, you might
be able to shift the hole a little bit if it near one
end of the hole. otherwise you need to cut the stud |
