The sat TV system has a receiver and a dish, which will cost about $300. There
are two choices for Chinese program, one is "coded program", the other is
"free to air" program. The former one has more TV channels while the latter
one only has CCTV-4 and a couple of other chinese TV channels. Usually coded
programs cost about 36$ a month for the programs and smart card rental. You
